Issue with AccountRight update 2022.8

Hi,

 

Ever since AR updated last week to 2022.8, I have not been able to view the Purchases Register.

 

When I click on the main Purchases Register button on the Command Centre screen, MYOB crashes every single time. I have been sending error reports through to MYOB, but have not yet heard back. I have also completely uninstalled and reinstalled MYOB AR - both the PC edition and the Server edition - with no improvement.

 

I have attached a copy of the error log, for your reference. 

 

Could you please advise how this error can be rectified?

Welcome to the Community Forum. To narrow down the cause of the error could you please open the sample file, and see if it gives you the same error?

 

If it does recur I recommend doing the following:

  • Check for and perform any pending Windows updates
  • Clear the AccountRight Cache

 

If the above steps do not resolve your issue could you please send me a Private Message with your Serial Number so I investigate further?

Hi @SamaraM

 

I've done Windows updates, and have cleared the cache, but the error is still occuring. I can't access the sample company file unfortuately as we don't seem to have the data saved anywhere on our company server. Is there somewhere I can download this from in order to do a test?

 

I'll also send you a PM with our serial number.
