Hi Team,
I'm having issues with exporting reports from AccountRight 2019.2.
When I try to export nothing opens i.e. no error message or anything.
I've tried the following and still cannot export
* Uninstall and reinstall AccountRight 2019.2
* Repaired Office 365 via Control Panel
* Run the program as Adminstrator
* Checked spreadsheet templates under C:\Users\Documents\MYOB\AccountRight\2019.2\Reports\Spreadsheet opens and works
* Checked Protected View in Excel is unticked
* Restarted computer
Am I missing something?
Note recently updated office 365. Prior to the update I was able to export reports.

Hi @Monique_FSCO , is your version of Office 32-bit? - go to File, Account, About Excel, the first line gives full details of your version.

that might be why, myob is listed compatibility for 32-bit versions of office. see: https://www.myob.com/au/accounting-software/accountright/system-requirements

And this is why MYOB need to fix the product to support 64-bit; its now the default install on machines.
