Issue with putting two files in the cloud

Hi

 

I am very frustrated with the level of service MYOB is providing me at the moment. One of my files was taken off of the cloud. When I first spoke to MYOB, the file that was missing was reinstated but wrote over my second file. 

 

We had to request a back up of the second file that was written over to upload back to the cloud. 

 

Now that we have uploaded it to the cloud it has taken over the spot of the other file - I am still only able to see one file when I log into my online library. 

 

I have logged into my My.MYOB account and the second subscription is now not active. Can someone please assist me in getting the second file back online without writting over the current file we have on the cloud. 

 

I need both files to run my business.

So that I can look into this for you, could you please send me the following details via private message?

 

  • Serial number
  • Client ID 
  • Company FIle ID of each file (Help>About MYOB AccountRIght)
