Jumping versions when upgrading

Hi,

We use a server version of AccountRight so currently we are at 2021.4. We probably need to jump to 2021.6 soon, so can we just get 2021.6 and use that to upgrade, or do we need to upgrade to 2021.5 first?

Hi @DamienGM 


No requirement to install and upgrade to AccountRight 2021.5. You can jump right into AccountRight 2021.6 and upgrade the files - just open them with the new version you would be prompted to upgrade the file.


You also might check out Help Article: Updating an AccountRight network for some information on that upgrading process where networks are invovled.
