June 2017 Compliance Update - Account Right Premier v19.14.0 will not install

I am notified to Modify Repair or Remove.

I have called MYOB for help and they advised I update through MYOB website, which I did.

Compliance still appears not updated.

Assistance please

When you went to your my.myob home page and clicked on the download link there should be list of all the programs you are entitled too. There should be the upgrade as well as a full version.

If the upgrade is not working try loading the full version instead. Before you do make sure you have done a sync of your file and then do a backup and save it to you computer.

Once you have done that delete the existing program and install the new full version.
