Since the update for single touch payroll I am now not able to export any reports to excel. Is someone able to advise if there is a fix for this?

Are you able to clarify what happens when you try and export a report to Excel? Are you receiving an error message? If so what is the exact wording of the error message? Is the export button simply greyed out?
Once we know what is going on when you try and export the report, we can work on resolving it
It gives me the option to export to Excel and then once I click it I get an error message pop up. Two examples of the exact wording of the error message are:
I can still export to PDF though.
Thanks for clarifying the error message that you are receiving when trying to export to Excel. What it means is that AccountRight isn’t able to find the Excel templates that it needs to be able to perform the export.
To resolve this, if you had a previous version of AccountRight that did allow you to export to Excel, you can use the path mentioned in the error message with the number of the version that worked to locate the various template files. These files can then be copied across to the Spreadsheet folder mentioned in the error message. With these files in place AccountRight should be able to export to Excel successfully
