Jut downloaded the latest version 2022.8 anyway, now when I try to open it is not visible. There is a window but it is blank or invisible to me. Really annoying.

Could you please advise when exactly the screen goes blank? Was this immediately after logging in?
If possible, could you please take a screenshot of the window, and attach your diagnostic log in your reply?

Hi. I am having the same problem on my laptop. I tried to follow your instructions to get the diagnostic log but the version was not there. Found it in the current folder though. Will attach a photo of the log.
