Hi
I just had a message to update my MYOB to 2023.1 but it keeps coming up with the below error
"THE UPDATE FAILED TO DOWNLOAD OR INSTALL. PLEASE CHECK YOUR NETWORK CONNECTION AND TRY AGAIN"
Has anyone else had that problem? My connection is fine and I have checked for windows updates but to no avail.

If you're still experiencing this can you download the diagnostic log, and attach it to your reply along with the last 4 digits of your serial number so I can investigate further?
