MYOB Accountright Premier V19 opening different on our multi-user

Hi, 


We have four differenet computers using MYOB on our multi-user. One of the four computers is running MYOB accountright premier v19.10 where as the rest are stuck on v19.9. Our serial number is for v19.10 which all computers are stating that serial number when you look under Setup - Company Information. Not sure how to make the other three computers run MYOB v19.10

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of helpful information.

 

Each computer will have a version of AccountRight v19 installed upon it, however in this instance it sounds like not all computers have the same version installed upon them. I have sent you a private message with regards to obtaining the relevant installer. You can access this by clicking on your forum display picture in the top right-hand corner and choosing the envelope icon that appears.

 

You will need to uninstall the AccountRight v19.9 program on the applicable computers to be able to install v19.10, but when all computers have had the AccountRight v19.10 installed upon them there should be no issues opening the file

 

Please note that if you have multiple serial numbers entitled to different versions of AccountRight v19, such as V19.9 and v19.10, you will not be able to confirm the file in a version that serial number is not entitled to.
