Not an installation or upgrade topic, but MYOB have no category for issues relating to MYOB Accountright backups. Our data file is online, we did a backup and now we cannot log into the data file and keep getting a "Backup in Progress" error message. The backup was started approx 14hours ago. We have been on hold to MYOB support for over an hour and no one seems to want to answer the phone! How do we resolve this issue which is clearly on the backend, when MYOB won't answere the phone.

It appears a script has been run over the file which should have resolved this issue. Are you able to now log in? or are you still encountering this issue?

When I open up MYOB and select Online data files it still has that company listed as Backing Up.
