MYOB Company file status stuck in backing up

My MYOB is stuck saying it is backing up. I can't open the file as it says it is still backing up. How do I reset the file so I am able to access it? Thank you.

I reset your company file (serial number ending on 7407) back to active. Let me know if this has solved it for you.
