MYOB Glitches

MYOB - Please fix your customer service.  - Staff member ( who has access to purchases and sales dashboard), called on Friday to get assistance setting up 2fa on a new phone device to link with MYOB log in.  Could only access the online chat for assistance.  Comes into work today and now can log on as the Administrator on the whole file accessing Banking, Payroll.. everything! 1.5 hours on hold before I could get fixed!! Myob you are slipping badly...please address!!!!

In this situation, if a user's access to your company file suddenly changes into something that they shouldn't, as the administrator or owner of the account, you'll have the option to change and set this up under the Setup menu >> User Access. This is explained in this Help article: Manage Users.

 

Please feel free to create a new post again if you need help in the future. I'm more than happy to assist.
