MYOB SHUTS DOWN WHEN TRYING TO OPEN UPGRADED FILE IN LIBRARY

I have upgraded my files to current version.  My online files work fine.  However, when I try to open the upgraded Library file it just shuts down the whole app.  Its fine to open other files in the Library which haven't been upgraded. 

Just waited on phone for 2 and a half hours then got disconnected.

Are you able to please confirm the last 4 digits of your serial number for me as well as attach the AccountRight diagnostics log for me to investigate this further?

After 5 hours I have been able to resolve the issue using the Data Hotfix file.  Thank you
