MYOB Support Enquiry

Has MYOB outsourced it's support overseas. I notice a higher number of foreign acsents on calls and often more difficulty in communicating. Also, the level of knowledge has fallen. Whereas my enquiry was handled

by the original respondent in 99% of cases I am now regularly referred on.

This should not be viewed any other way than I've noticed a decline in the quality of MYOB support.
