MYOB crashing Outlook since last update

MYOB crashing Outlook since last update

Previously i've neer had an issue with this but after the latest update (the one that brought the sent email confirmation box) Outlook is crashing roughly 40% of the time when sending emails from MYOB

Can you please confirm if you get any error messages when emailing ? If possible please provide a screenshot.

I don't get an error message. Outlook just crashes and restarts.

Hi @tombailey

 

Can you please retrieve the diagnostic log of the AccountRight file after this has happened and attach it as a .TXT file to this thread so I can take a look into this.
