"Server update required
You're using AccountRight 2022.10, but the server you're connecting to has unknown installed.
You should update AccountRight on the server, or install unknown on this computer."
All computers that have MYOB has been updated to 2022.10 successfully this morning but after lunch the accountRight PC edition stop and has been frozen. I closed but cannot open and there's a message coming up (shown above.)
Can anyone help me with this. The MYOB accountright server edition still working ok only the pc edition.

I also have the same issue. The latest MYOB update did not install the MYOB Server services.
I check it on our server and it's still running MYOB Server 2022.9 services.
To get our MYOB Running, I used the older company (2022.9)2.
MYOB please take action on this.

My server does say it is running 2022.10.0 so I was assuming the update was installed correctly. I have been on hold with MYOB for a while trying to get though - if I am lucky enough to find a solution will let you know. So frustrating!

Try restarting the MYOB services from services.msc.
Worked for me.

I have managed to open services.msc but can only find MYOB A/R server Edition 2022.9 - so I am guessing this means V 2022.10.0 hasn't installed correctly?

Sounds like it. Remove MYOB and install the latest.
Check services in services.msc.
If MYOB is still getting the error, restart all MYOB services. Not sure which one fixes the issue, did them all.
