Hi All,
I got mine solved after talking to MYOB support thru phone.
if you experience the same error/issues from my first post (yesterday).
Based on my situation - the support team told me to uninstall the server edition (go to settings click apps scroll down till you see the MYOB accountright server edition - click that and click uninstall)
After uninstalling the SE - install again using this link https://www.myob.com/au/support/downloads - scroll down till you see ACCOUNTRIGHT SERVER EDITION click and click accountright 2022.10 server installer)
My MYOB server edition and PC edition running ok now.
Hope you get your solution too.

Sorry to hear that unfortunately I can't further advise what to do since I am not very good about technical problem. I just posted what I got from the support team of MYOB. If you haven't try to call their support them I think you will give it a try. The one who spoke to me was very good but you need to be patient waiting.

To get the response that I did from the server, you have to have the MYOB services running. Because I hate dealing with MYOB technical support, I do all I can to try an isolate the issue. The services are running on the server, however the 2022.10 SE executable has flaws.
From the Sever Log:
The description for Event ID 0 from source MYOB AccountRight Server 2022.10 cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.
The following information was included with the event:
Service started successfully.

Hi.
We have the same issue here. We have 4 MYOB servers across the nation, two out of them are experiencing this problem. MYOB server 2022.10 service is missing from Registered Windows Service, it's simply won't be installed by MYOB server 2022.10 installer.
MYOB, please please release a patch or fix ASAP, we now have to roll back to 2022.9 for now to solve this issue.

Has ANYONE had this particular issue fixed yet?
Restarting the MYOB services on the server IS NOT THE ANSWER.
Re-installing 2022.10 Server Edition appear to be NOT THE ANSWER as well.
Re-starting the Windows Server on which the 2022.10 SE resides IS NOT THE ANSWER.
Reverting back to 2022.9 SE is a temporary fix but the 2022.9 client automatically updates itself to 2022.10, so this IS NOT AN ANSWER.
Waiting on the phone for hours at a time only to be told by MYOB support that they cannot help because they have not been trained in that area IS NOT AN ANSWER.
I'm waiting for someone in MYOB to call me back. Apparently it may be as early as tomorrow. Not bad seeing that I registered this issue over 4 days ago.
If someone has actually had the 2022.10 Server Edition load correctly then I would love to see the details of their server log so that I can compare why this doesn't work for me and countless others.
Or, how do you configure the 2022.9 client NOT TO UPDATE would be a great help.

Did you try to uninstall the previous 2022.9 from your computer?
Try this
Go to settings - find the apps and click - scroll down till you find the MYOB accountRight server edition click and uninstall - refresh your computer then install the new version https://www.myob.com/au/support/downloads
then install like you did before. after successful installation try to restart your computer.

Did you uninstall your 2022.9 before installing the 2022.10?
Go to settings and find the Apps click and find the MYOB accountRight server edition uninstall and then download the new updates 2022.10 then after successfull download restart your computer
Hope this may help otherwise you need to call MYOB support team. The one that I spoke was very good and she helps me how to resolve the problem even stay with me until I got all running.
