Similar to other posts I've seen, my MYOB online file is stuck in back up mode for 2 days now. I need someone to stop the error and activate the file please.
I've called MYOB, but no answer after 53min...and counting.
And no Live Chat available.
Tried private message to someone who assisted the other posts, but not working either.
I don't have my serial number either as I can't log into the file...?
Can someone please assist with what I need to do?

I've located one online file based on your forum email address, file name ends with '...Kids WA Inc'. I've just reset the file status, please give it a few minutes, then log out and log back in to access it.
