MYOB unable to connect to the online confirmation

Dear service staff,

I can not confirm my company file online as normal.

Can I get a confimation code via a private message to a staff member.

We are happy to assist with the confirmation of a company file. In order to do so, would you mind sending me a private message on this Forum with the following information (can be obtained by selecting to Confirm Later/placing the file in read-only mode):

  • The serial number in the company file - Setup>>Company Information
  • The company file ID - Help>>About AccountRight
  • The version of the product you are using - Help>>About AccountRight
  • The company file code - found by selecting to Confirm via Phone when receiving the confirmation prompt
