HI All,
I just restored a file to My Library from a 2020 payroll backup. When I upgrade to 2021.4 it looks like it is going to open up but then disappears - no error message. Any ideas?

Hi Melis - I can't download the Hotfix tool - I have tried both ways and I get the message that it can't be downloaded securely

OK managed to get the download open and ran the tool. File now opens but tells me I have reached the transaction limit? Is there a way to get rid of that message? I just have to rerun the STP finalisation for that year

Hi @Kazzablanca,
Glad to hear that you've been able to run the tool. Are you still having issues with the transaction limit ? If you are, can you please send me a private message with your product serial number, file ID of this file you're using (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight) and a screenshot of the error you get so I can take a look into this for you.
Cheers,
Melisa
