Maximum file size to move data file Online

As the clock ticks to get our data file Online by 1st January 2023 so we can report STP Phase 2, i am wondering - what is the maximum size the data file can be prior to going Online?

Ours is 990MB. Is it possible to move a file this size online? If so, any idea how long it will take?

Just a few comments:

• max file size is 4GB
• 990 MB is large but I have seen much larger online - the larger the file, the slower the performance
• depending on your system specs and internet speed etc some users actually report online is faster than offline
• If file gets too large, the file can be reduced by purging by a 3rd party
• remember that online the file is not always available, NBN outages and MYOB server outages or issues can prevent using the file until the issue is resolved
• STP Creator can be used for STP Phase 2 reporting as an alternative to storing your file online. This application was specifically developed for offline MYOB files
