Moving AccountRight Plus 2016.1 to a new computer

 

I had Accountright Plus 2016.1 installed on my old computer. I would like to reinstall this on my new one but only have the installation file for 2015.4.1 . I can't download the installer for 2016.1 from my MYOB account. I am reluctant to get the new one as I have closed business and just need to finalise my file.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions how I can obtain the 2016.1 installer?

I would have thought you could access anything you had paid for (even if it was older) on your MYOB login.  Just check that you have picked up the correct file and try again.  The older versions are down a bit further.  If all else fails, ring the Support line and they will send you a link if you are still having trouble.

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a great resource.

 

On occasion if you don’t have a support agreement then you may not be able to see the download links through my.MYOB. I have sent you a private message with regards to obtaining the download link for AccountRight 2016.1. You can access this by clicking on your forum display picture in the top right hand corner of your screen and select the envelope icon that appears.
