My subscription has expired

I am compleatly frustrated - paid my subscription after waiting 4.5hrs on hold so this would not happen 

I have been onto MY MYOB it states that is has been paid. also received and email thanking me for my subscription 

now im completely locked out

I am trying to finalise this weeks wages 

Help Urgently

Hello @AprilB 

 

Welcome to the Community Forum.

 

I have had a look at the Account with the same email as your Community Forum login. 

 

I have investigated the file and can see while the subscription was renewed, the file didn't attach itself to the renewal I have manually linked it and this should solve the issue.
