Dear team,
We are stuck with this issue for several months still got no results.
Our IT person contact Myob but said he is not the listed contact person.
Can I know if you could help with the probelms I attached in the picture?
Or do you know how I can add our IT person to the contact person list?

Welcome to the Community Forum. Can you try to Delete/Uninstall AccountRight (including any older versions of the software on your computer), then re-install the current latest version.
If that does not resolve the issue, please reply with the last 4 digits of your Serial Number so I can investigate further.
In regards to adding your IT person to the contact list, you can do that by calling 1300 555 123.
