Solved: Go to Solution

New Update

After installing the last upgrade, I now cannot print reports.  It says I have closed or purged - I did neither.  Any ideas how I can fix this so I can print reports?

Hi @GLAccounts 

 

There is a known issue with printing some reports in AccountRight 2019.3, this will be fixed in the next update.

I understand it is not ideal but you can take the file offline to print those reports - Working offline

 

If this doesn't resolve your issue can you please provide a screenshot of the actual error message.
