No longer urgent

CANCEL this request thanks.  Found a message on website (which I only use for help) that said software had to be updated by today. I had had no previous emails or warning about this, so had a 'moment' when it wouldn't work.

am using latest version till recent updates Working fine this morning, shut down went out.  When I came back program wouldn't allow access unless I updated.  So I said yes to update and put in access codes.  Program downloaded.  But won't allow me to do anything else.  It keeps saying I have to update file which I had done.  When I click on update file it says I have to send file to MYOB, its already on line.  I had wanted to back up file before I did any updates but it wouldn't let me access without this.   All good now.

PS don't always update straight away as in past always had problems whenever it had to be updated.  Whilst its working leave alone but unfotunately can't do that anymore. I rarely have problems now unless there is an update!
