No notification of upgrades

No notification of upgrades

Hi,

I am currently on 2019.2, I have not received any notification to upgrade to either 2019.3 or more recently 2019.4.  Why would that be?  I also can't seem to be able to auto sync.  It used to and now doesn't and hasn't got the icon in the bottome right to auto sync.  Help please.

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find plenty of useful information.

 

Go to your my.myob page and see if the 2019.3 and 2019.4 versions are there?

If not your subscription my not be up to date?
