I have been lamenting the discontinuation of online confirmation and the need to email every 30 days for a new license file when I received this private message from Isaiah_C on Monday 7/8/23
"To fix the issue about online confirmation, you need to download the latest version of the AccountRight by going to Software Downloads | MYOB Australia and it's free of charge. You can still continue the version that you are using right now however, we need to send the license file every time it asks you to confirm your company file. Please let me know if you need further help. Kind regards, Sai"
I immediately private messaged back with the following question "Which installation file should I download and install please? I'm currently running product Account right 2015.4.0 server edition - and my version is 2015.4.17.5484" and have not received any further response.
Seems logical to me that rather than keep having to send out license files that MYOB would fix this problem - but so far only radio silence.

Thank you for your post. I really appreciate your patience and understanding during these times. My apologies for not responding a little bit late. Since you are using a server edition, you can download the latest version of the server edition by clicking the link that we've sent. Once you've downloaded the latest version of our AccountRight server edition which is 2023.6, you can now confirm your file online. If you receive any issues, you can always post in our Community Forum, and we'll be glad to assist you.
