Online file not updating to V2019.2.1

Hi

I installed 2019.2.1, my file was in 2018.4.

 

The file has not updated and although the Accountright is showing 2019.2.1 the file is still in 2018.4 and I cant access it.

 

I am now onto my third call to you but no-one seems to have an answer as to how I can upgrade the file so I can open it. It is an online file.

To upgrade the file from AccountRight 2018.4 to 2019.2.1 you need to open the file in AccountRight 2019.2.1. When you do you will be prompted to upgrade the file with a message similar to this one:

If your file is stored online you need to be logged in as either an online owner or online administrator to be able to upgrade the online file. If you weren’t an online administrator or owner you wouldn’t be able to upgrade the online file and will need to speak with the person who invited you to the file to get them to upgrade the file on your behalf
