Payroll missing since AccountRight upgrade

I have upgraded a number of data files from MYOB Plus Classic to 2019.2 recently. I have subscribed since 2000 for the full suite.  I have a few data files that do not utilise the Payroll facility.  Since the upgrade took place I have noticed that the data files that have not used the Payroll facility in the past now do not have access to Payroll.

I now have one of my clients needing to utilise the Payroll facility due to changes within their company. I can't work out how can MYOB remove a facility of which I have paid for. It is my choice to utilitise the facilities within each data file.  I want all my data files to have the full suite in the event my clients want to use those facilities.

Can anybody shed some light on this and how I can reallocate these facitlities?

Hi @CheyenneK 

 

The file may have upgraded as a Standard file (not PLus). If you are licensed for Plus, select Change Product from the Help menu and select Plus. The Payroll module should then appear, you may need to log out and log back in.

Hello @CheyenneK 

 

Just to add to what gavin12345  has helpfully told you, and to reassure you of your entitlement, I can confirm that after looking at your subscription and entitlements, we do have you listed for an active subscription to AccountRight Live Plus since the early 2000s for the product with serial number ending in 6904.

 

This link Changing your AccountRight product  also explains why you may have not seen payroll yet after upgrading and reiterates the method gavin12345 has mentioned.

I am now able to upgrade all the other data files that have followed suit.

Thank you again for letting me know of my subscription. I find the forum extremely beneficial and will continue to use it in the future.
