Problem opening company file AR v 2021.5

Can someone please help. I am having trouble opening MYOB 2021.5 When I click open company file I am getting the message "To open this company file you need to update to AccountRight2021.5" then when I click update now and when I click that there's another message "The update failed to download or install, please check your network and try again".

I have just got in-been refreshing since 8.30 and it suddenly worked!

Hi Everyone, 

 

Thank you for your posts. We did release the AccountRight 2021.5 update to users. However, we have since been made aware of an issue that prevents users from printing sales - see our Status Page for more information. As a result of that, we did suspend the automatic upgrades from occurring.


In saying that, these updates should be flowing now or will do so shortly for users to access and install that update.

 

Please note that AccountRight 2021.5 does contain an error that would prevent sales from being printed via the Enter sales window. Our team is still investigating that situation for future remedy.
