Ever since I upgraded to 2020.2.23.8701, my daily backup is not being recognised by MYOB. There's definitely a file being created, albeit much smaller in size post-update, but when I run the Company Data Auditor is says that the Last Backup Date is 17/6/2020.
Is it likely to have something to do with the new year not being rolled over? MYOB is still showing that the Current Financial Year End is June 2019.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi @cress
The backup date not changing within a company file with AccountRight 2020.2 is something that has been raised with the required team for further investigation. However, from our testing, those backup of the company files have been taken successfully.
For peace of mind, clients are welcome to take a backup and restore that backup to ensure that the latest information has been included in that backup/restored file. This can be done via File>>Restore. To avoid impacting the current company file you want to go restore that company file locally and with a different company file name.

So is this going to be fixed soon in an update? as it is a little unnerving.

Hi @TJH
At this stage, we don't have an exact timeframe for when this situation has been resolved. However, it has been passed across to the required team and I have shared you have been impacted by this situation with them.
