RE: Unable to upgrade a file

Hi,

I have five files - and for some reason one file (an offline file) - when I click on upgrade it all looks like it works, it says it has and it creates a new file etc.

BUT... when i go to open this 'new' file the whole Accountright just crashes/closes.

How can I get this upgraded to 2019.4 without it being corrupted like this??

Thanks, Beth

Hi @GemGem

Try running through that company file through the tool available on Unable to open AccountRight file. This tool has helped a number of clients with similar situations.

Do let us know how you get on and if you require further assistance.

Kind regards,
Steven

Re: RE: Unable to upgrade a file

Thanks Steven - I ran the Accountright Hotfix tool, then when I went to reopen it said 'Error you have reached the transaction limit of your company file'  - then I did the online confirmation - and it went through and OPENED as 2019.4 file...

Strange thats the only file that wouldnt upgrade!

Thanks again - much appreciated the prompt reply.
