@Neil_M, considering the apalling level of success with MYOB upgrades and what appears to be a total lack of testing and quality control, maybe you should consider relaxing this policy.

Otherwise you are potentially pushing your customers from a stable version/environment to one that means they can't function or even run their business without interuption.

Thank you for your feedback in regards to the scheduled decommissioning of our products. As has been outlined we do regularly schedule decommissioning of older versions of the cloud to ensure that our cloud clients are getting the best performance with the product and to make newer versions available in the cloud. However, I have shared your feedback.

I agree 100% with @someone 

Maybe its time MYOB look at changing their policy.

AR2019.3 is still full of bugs and issues, forcing users to upgrade and possibly causing more pain is just crazy.
