hI I had this problem last week did what you said deleted windows update. Now got the same problem again.
Cant get through the phone.

there was a message to go to help.myob.com/0903 I dont seem to be able to find that. Is that the correct web site I am suppose to find update to correct this error. It is really doing my head in. I cant get into MYOB Files

\windows 10 and version 2015.4.1

Hi there @Sand,

 

Since the temporary fix we provided clients (to uninstall the Windows updates), we have since released a permanent hot fix tool that clients can run on their datafiles to resolve this problem.
