Re-installing MYOB Account Right is 2014.4.

I have experienced a computer crash that necisitates a new computer. My current version of MYOB Account Right is 2014.4. I still have the update download but it will not reinstall. Any suggestions?

Can you please confirm if you get any error message while reinstalling this version or it just crashes without giving any warning? Once we have the exact error message or log, we can figure out the reason for this not working.

Thank you for your response. The message I receive is "Setup failed. 9x800b0101 A required certificate is not within its validity period when verifying ..."
The download I am using was received in 2015 and ran perfectly on the computer I was using at the time. This computer crashed and I am in the process of rebuilding it. I am an 85 year old pensioner and a little slower in reasoning alternative work-arounds, so would appreciate any assistance as I need to finalise my 2020 accounts.

Hi @Cyanda 


You're getting that error because the download link from the disk has expired digital certificate. However, if you download AccountRight 2014.4 from this link, it should install without any issues.
