Read Only

I am having trouble with one of my files as it is in Read Only and all my other AR files are okay please help how we get this sorted thanks.

Thanks for your post and Welcome to MYOB Community Forum.

 

Since the confirmation notification was not received, kindly go to Help > Confirm company file. And if the is still not confirmed, kindly send me a private message with the following details:

 

  • Serial number
  • Name of primary contact and email address
  • Business name
  • Company File ID (Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
  • Product version  (Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
  • Company File Code  (Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
