Read only

My file is read only however it states it is active.  I have cancelled one however I have just been charged another month so I need access to it to finalise everything on this file.  

 

I do have a new file with MYOB going forward.

To further assist with this, could you please send me a Private message with the following information so that I can take a look.

  • Serial number of the active files and cancelled files
  • Full name and email address
  • Business name
