Reminder Email to Update to 2019.4

I received a reminder email to update to 2019.4 - I have on both of my files - in Help About, they both say I am on 2019.4.  I logged into my.MYOB and clicked on My Products - it says I am on MYOB AccountRight Plus 2019.3.

What have I done wrong?

If all your company files are upgraded to AccountRight 2019.4 then you should be good to go and should be able to access those company files ahead of AccountRight 2019.2 and 2019.3 decommissioning.

 

You also mentioned that my.MYOB account is showing as AccountRight 2019.3 this is typically the case if you haven't confirmed your company file in that newer version yet. In theory, if you are using the later version and go to Help>>Confirm Company File. If you select to confirm the file online, it will update the version at our end and thus update at your my.MYOB account.
