In the top right-hand corner of my screen there is a message which says "MYOB Add On Connector Running". How do I remove it? It covers my email send or file save buttons, making other software impossible to use. It will pop up when I've been using Account Right Live and will still show even after I've closed down MYOB. The only way I can get rid of it is to restart my computer.

Sorry about the inconvenience caused by the 'MYOB Add On Connector Running' message. Currently the pop up seems to be random, however the good news is that it can usually be turned off.
To do so please click on the 'MYOB Add On Connector' icon located at the bottom right corner of the screen > click on 'About MYOB Add On Connector', or click on 'Status' if there is any error. By doing so should be able to get rid of the message, otherwise restarting computer is the last resort.

Hi @CloverQ, I have followed your suggestion. Status shows 'Running', not 'Error'. I have clicked 'Exit MYOB Add-On Connector'. I'm not running any add-ons so I don't imagine it will impact the software?

You can certainly turn it off if you are not running any add-ons. Also if you click on 'About MYOB Add On Connector', there should also be an option to turn off auto-run at start up, if you prefer.
We often found by clicking on 'About MYOB Add On Connectors' itself is enough to remove the message. If existing the add-on connector also works for you, then by all means please feel free to turn it off.

I have also been trying to work out why this was on my screen. I have followed the instructions and it has gone but will it start again tomorrow when I re-start the computer and MYOB?

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of knowledge. If you do have enquires don't hesitate to post them so the MYOB Community can assist.
When you disable the Add-on Connector to run at start up it will prevent the connector from starting when the computer restarts. So if the program is not running it in theory will not appear unless you do go into the Windows Start Menu or System Tray to enable it again.
