Removing Online Company File

I would like someone to comback to me to help remove an online file which I have uploaded for testing.  I need this remove so I can upload my live file.

• Your full name and email address 
• File ID of the file that you'd like removed

Sorry I am new to this but when I click on the "private message" or click on the "send message" in your profile all I get is a new window and a big heading "Private Message" that's all.
