I am getting no response to my question regarding report packs not loading - all I get is a spinning wheel. I have other clients on Xero and we never have an issue. I need a response urgently please.

Hello @David65
Thank you for your post.
There are a few reasons that could be causing this.
Is it a specific report this is happening with or all of them?
You are able to try running the report for a shorter amount of time.
Additionally, It could be a windows update needed to perform or a repair of the .NET framework that has worked for some customers I would recommend doing this.
Please let me know how this goes.

I have the same issue. We have multiple MYOB files - some report packs load and some do not. the wheel just keeps spinning.
Because the report pack does not load - I have to produce 6 reports individually, then repeat that in each of our 10 datafiles. Consuming precious time and increases errors due to the manual reporting parameters.
I have tried multiple web browsers - clearing cashe ect.
Please help.

Hello @sharecaremyob
Instead of running the reports through a web browser, can you please try using the desktop application and see if you still get the same issue happening?
I would also suggest making sure that your system is updated to date, windows included and the optional .NET Framework updates are installed.
As aforementioned, I would also suggest running the reports for a shorter length of time if possible.

Hi @David65 I have had some success in producing report packs. a work around.
by removing reports from the pack that were potentially troublesome
eg: a P&L with budget report that was for the whole FY period (different to the other reports that were only the current month).
This has allowed me to produce the report pack.
I download the P&L first as a seperate PDF, then upload it to the report pack.
My take on the issue is that report packs are for basic reports and periods, small data content.
I hope this helps your situration.
