Hi Everyone,
I am receiving an error message when I try to move my file to STP 2.
When I go to Payroll Reporting and select Get Sstarted for STP Phase 2, a browser opens up to error message ' Something went wrong, if issues persists contact MYOB'.
I have 2 other files which I was succesfully able to move over to STP 2.

I have been experiencing the same thing. I have few other company files and they are ok, managed to get through STP Phase 2
there is only one company file that I could not do. can you share how to fix this
I tried to call myob but seems the number is unattended
