Can't believe there is no acknownledgement or response yet??
If it helps find the fault, three people from our company that updated at around 8am this morning (after company file was upgraded) can not log-in since. Spinning wheel. All others who updgraded later (say 8.45 to 9am) are now logged in and working fine. Those that updated earlier this morning cannot access MYOB. Was there a revision to the update after 8am that now means we can't get in?

I am having the same trouble. I tried asking the online assistant for help , it came back to me something about payroll. I upgraded yesterday, 1 of my company files said it upgraded successful , now i cannot open the file to commence working. I have one more company file to upgrade, not game to upgrade until if know how to fix this problem.

Thank you for your posts. The team is aware of this error which has already been escalated to our developers. There is currently no time frame for when the fix would be available, but rest assured this is looked at as a priority.

Hi, It seemed to fix itself an hour or so after I posted (so the business was completely dissrupted and unable to operate for a couple of hours....but no big deal right?). Interesting you are saying there is still a fault. If we had all been off-line for that long, there would be anarchy.
More dissappointed about all the complaints during that period, yet zero acknowledgement from MYOB and the Status page saying "all is fine". And no phone number to call.
Communication is key. Silence makes it worse.

Thank you for replying, i did end up sending an email to the support team, they sent some information & a link on how to fix the problem, the link is Accountright hotfix tool, the link did not open, i tried saving the link, still not opening. It is just strange i have 3 company files that are off line, 2 upgraded with no problems, just one company is not opening in the new version, the myob keeps shutting down on me when i try opening each day hoping it will open up for me. If there is an easier solution please let me know, otherwise i just have to keep working on this file in the old version 2023.2 until it is fixed.

We are aware that some users are having the same issue. The glitch of the new updates of AccountRight has been fixed by our dedicated team.
If your AccountRight is crashing once you log in to the company file we will need to get the Diagnostic log to see the error. In case, you have done this with our phone support team and they provided you the AccountRight hot fix tool, run this fix to help you resolve this.
