Hi, I received the email about the upgrade yesterday and i am trying to do it today but each time i try to log in it says my password is incorrect. I use two factor authentication. i can log into the system normally and there are no notes about upgrades there.

Hello I tried to login to my.myob to download the new 2020.3update. And got this message: The login details provided do not have access to my.MYOB; please try again or call our MYOB Customer service centre

Our team are currently looking into reports of clients not able to access my.MYOB accounts with it generating a login error message.

When i downloaded MYOB onto a new computer i mistakenly downloaded version 2020.3 and then updated our MYOB file by mistake. Now we all need to download the new version but i can't login to my.myob to get to the download.
