Showing as password incorrect

Hi, I received the email about the upgrade yesterday and i am trying to do it today but each time i try to log in it says my password is incorrect. I use two factor authentication. i can log into the system normally and there are no notes about upgrades there.

My.Myob

Hello    I tried to login to my.myob to download the new 2020.3update.  And got this message:   The login details provided do not have access to my.MYOB; please try again or call our MYOB Customer service centre

Our team are currently looking into reports of clients not able to access my.MYOB accounts with it generating a login error message.

Can't Login to my.myob

When i downloaded MYOB onto a new computer i mistakenly downloaded version 2020.3 and then updated our MYOB file by mistake.  Now we all need to download the new version but i can't login to my.myob to get to the download.

We are currently aware of clients being unable to log into my.MYOB accounts at this time. Our team are currently investigating. More Information can be found on: Unable to log into My.MYOB accounts - 03/09/2020
