Since 2015.4 Balance Sheet Prints Incorrectly

There was no problem with running balance sheet in 2015.3.

I can only see the decimal in the grand total columns.

The update has been done with no one checking at MYOB.

Please fix and send a fix on the update on the recent update as this is a standard report that is run regularly.

Re: Since 2015.4 Balance Sheet Prints Incorrectly

Hi @ProfitOptim,

Thanks for your message.

Sorry to hear of the problems you were experiencing with the Balance Sheet report. Few users that were facing a similar issue were able to customize the report and adjust the columns which revealed all figures. Please try doing this by accessing it in the report itself top toolbar > Insert/Modify and dragging the blue lines of the column headers.

We do understand that this is not an ideal workaround as there were no problems in the previous version. The Product Development team has been notified and they will be fixing it as soon as possible. We appreciate your feedback and it will definitely be passed on to them also.

Please let us know how you go in customizing the report and if you have any other questions or concerns.

Kind Regards

Sebastien
