Stuck Upgrading to 2019.2

Hi,

 

I currently have license for 3 company accounts.  I have one which is still in 2018.3 version that I'm trying to upgrade to version 2019.2.  It seems to be stuck in "upgrading" mode.  Can you please help?

Hi @cathycl 

 

Taking a look at the company files that your Forum login does have access to it is not* showing any company file stuck in Upgrading. I would recommend checking to see if the company file has upgraded successfully.

 

If you are still seeing that company file showing as Upgrading are you able to indicate the company name that is showing that upgrading.
