Subscription Discount

We recently ereceived your notice that subscription discounts were being removed

You have a helpful "What I need to do page" that explains our options

We have tried to follow this advise and downgrade some files to MYOB Standard but have been told this is no longer availible 

Is this correct ? and if so when was this product withdrawn ?

Also do MYOB Premier subscriptions still allow for two acative files under the one subscription ?

Yes with Premier subscription 2 files can be used and the option to downgrade to lower version of account right is available. The success of migration attempt to downgrade ,depends on features used in the file and the migration request can be raised via the link provided below .

If downgraded ,then the data file will  be on Account right Standard, if not please compare for other alternative products.
