Subscription after Expiry of Trial

 

Dear Support, I recent received thenotifiaction below.

After paying for a months subscription, I am still unable to access my company account.

Please provide me advise as to how to get my company file back online via AccountRight Live services.

I've made a change to your account which should allow for access to that company file. The changes I have made should correct that going forward as well.

Our organization has multiple users and a number of them are still receiving the notification error (subscription notification required) that I made mention of previously.

 

Please advise our next course of action.

Hi @Cybertronix 

 

From what I can see of the company file ( Pxx Cx MIxxxN 2019), there is only the one active AccountRight Live user - which is yourself.

 

So we can investigate the other users encountering that message can you send me a private message on this Forum with the email address they are using to log into the company file with?
