Super payment stuck in "Processing payment" status

My super payment that was made in May is still stuck in the status Processing Payment.

Thanks for your post.

 

Could you please confirm when you processed the super payment? Generally speaking, If the status of the payment is still "Processing Payment", it will still be processing through the clearinghouse and has not yet been released to the respective super funds.

 

Super Choice has advised allowing 5 working days for the payment to be processed. However, delays can occur (such as payments being rejected due to data errors), so we recommend allowing up to 10 business days for your payment to process.

In that case, you would need to wait for 5 working days up to 10 business days for the payment to process. You can find more information about this on our Help Article Authorise and review super payments.
